Light, bright, and with a stunning balcony affording breathtaking views of the Suffolk skies, this third-floor apartment could be the perfect place for a couple's escape
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Stretch out in your king-size bed and enjoy views across the rooftops or some late-night TV. And when it's time to wake up, it's just a few steps into your ensuite bathroom which comes complete with bath, overbath shower, washbasin and wc.
Cooking and dining
Together-time is guaranteed in the open plan sitting, kitchen and dining room, and with windows at every angle, it's a light and bright space in which to unwind and relax. Southwold's famed eateries and bars are all within wandering distance, but if you want to cook at home, there's an electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher to make light work of every mealtime. A washing machine completes the list of kitchen conveniences. Dine indoors or out depending on the weather - choose from a sturdy table and chairs inside or a bistro-style set on the balcony.
Just a stroll from all the attractions, The View promises fresh air, peace and privacy nevertheless, thanks to its decked courtyard-style balcony which offers expansive views across Southwold all the way to Walberswick, Covehithe and of course the Lighthouse and Old Water Tower (that's our office, so give us a wave!) for which the town is so famous. Furnished for outdoor dining, it provides a unique window on the world and is safely enclosed on all sides.
Settle in and forget all about your car - parked in your own designated space, it won't be needed until home-time! This is the ideal spot from which to watch the world go by - but if you want to stay connected with what's going on elsewhere, there's free Wi-Fi along with entertainment essentials such as TV, CD radio and DVD player, plus an iPod dock. Underfloor heating keeps you cosy whatever time of year you visit, and towels are provided for extra convenience.
