Enjoy far-reaching views and a front row seat for sunrise at this super family house. A short stroll from both town centre and pier, it’s beautifully positioned right above Southwold’s sandy beach.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
There’s convenience on every level here: this three-storey house has a shower room on the ground floor, a cloakroom on the first floor and a family bathroom on the second floor – all with washbasin and wc. King-size bedrooms on the first and second storeys are airy and light, and there are two further bedrooms – one with twin beds, the other with bunk beds – on the top floor.

Cooking and dining
Windows on two walls give great views of the sea from the spacious dining room, where a high ceiling and stripped wooden floor are among the period features. Next door, a modern kitchen comes complete with all the easy-living essentials, including a double oven/microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside
A small paved area to the front and side of your holiday home gives you some personalised outdoor space, its wooden bench the perfect place from which to watch the world go by. Take just a few steps, however, and you’ll be on the beach – one of Southwold’s all-year attractions!

Practicalities
Gas central heating ensures you’ll be warm even in the depths of winter, while BT Infinity WiFi and a TV and DVD player mean there are plenty of entertainment options for you to enjoy too. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay, and there’s plenty of street parking available nearby. Please note that 6 North Parade is not suitable for eight adults.
