Description

Intro
Fresh as an easterly breeze - but a whole lot warmer in winter! - this mews house is on the site of a former prep school.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate cloakroom offer the quintessence of convenience. On the ground floor the cloakroom is where you'll find a washer dryer for any laundry requirements that simply can't wait until home time, and on the first floor the family bathroom has stylish wooden cabinets, an over-bath shower and a heated towel rail. There's a coastal blue colour scheme in an en suite shower room that adjoins the main, king-size bedroom, while a twin-bedded room features a TV and DVD player too.

Cooking and dining
Part-open to the sitting room thanks to some clever architectural foresight, the spacious and modern kitchen here is fully equipped for easy mealtimes. A large dining table seats six comfortably - so you can invite guests! -  and there's a double electric oven with gas hob plus a fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher to take care of all food prep and the post-prandial clear-up.

Outside
A townhouse-style paved patio to the front of your holiday cottage is the perfect place for afternoon tea or an early evening tipple... fully fenced, it'll keep younger guests or the family pooch enclosed outside too.

Practicalities
Roadside parking is close-by, and those holiday essentials - towels, heating and Wi-Fi - are provided for your comfort and convenience. The ground floor cloakroom houses a washer dryer to cope with any laundry needs, and one well-behaved dog is very welcome.
