Bedrooms and bathrooms
A beautiful king size bed vies for attention with a highly-detailed period fireplace, while also on the first floor a twin-bedded room in peaceful tones promises a perfect night's sleep. A roll-top bath in the family bathroom extends the extravagance! On the second floor, romance reigns - the divine double-bedded room here is pastel-pretty and has its own en-suite shower room. On the ground floor, a wet room completes the washing line-up... convenience on every level!

Cooking and dining
It won't be easy to drag yourself away from those squashy sitting room sofas, but the kitchen/dining room at Rowan Villa is, quite simply, stunning. Pine floors, fittings and a farmhouse-style table plus white-painted cupboards and acres of space make this the quintessence of family togetherness. And if you're planning to do more than just enjoy the view, the kitchen is equipped with Smeg fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher.

Outside
A wrought-iron gate and old-fashioned path lead through an enclosed front garden to the villa's main entrance, beside which you will find a sunny patio area furnished with table and chairs. Back door leads out onto open shared access area 

Practicalities
There's private parking for one car, plus roadside spaces nearby. Wi-Fi and a telephone for incoming calls are provided, and the sitting room has a TV, iPod dock, and DAB radio. A high chair and travel cot are available, and there's no need to let the laundry pile up as there's a washing machine in the kitchen. A well-behaved pet is welcome too!
