Bedrooms and bathrooms
Soothing palettes punctuated with splashes of colour promote peaceful slumbers in the four main bedrooms here. On the first floor you'll find two double rooms and one with twin beds - original fireplaces add to the charm quota in some - plus a beautifully-finished family bathroom. On the second floor there's a twin-bedded room plus a bright and airy fifth bedroom with futon (suitable for children only) which can convert to a children's snug if the sleeping space is not required. Ideal for daytime use, the ground floor shower room doubles as a utility space, complete with washing machine.
Cooking and dining
Enjoy pre-dinner drinks in the smartly-furnished sitting room - especially lovely when the fire is lit! - before moving into the uber-cool, brilliantly-equipped kitchen/diner where even the most reluctant of cooks will have no hesitation in creating a culinary masterpiece.
Outside
Small but perfectly formed, the walled front garden guarantees a degree of privacy, but it's the rear decked courtyard where you'll really want to spend your time... sunny and complete with furniture and a barbecue, it's perfect for al fresco dining or some time devoted to simply doing nothing.
Practicalities
As you'd expect from a well-planned family home, Palm House comes complete with Wi-Fi, travel cot and high chair plus everyday essentials such as dishwasher and washing machine. There's unrestricted on-street parking, and a good selection of books and games, and one pet is welcome to holiday with you.
A security deposit of £150 is required four weeks prior to your holiday.
