Calming colours and soft carpets promise a blissful night in each of the first-floor bedrooms. King size beds and en-suite shower rooms in two of them add all the comforts of home, while the two twin-bedded rooms share a family bathroom - perfect for the childrens' before-bedtime bubble-bath, or a soothing pre-dinner soak.

Cooking and dining
A thoroughly modern kitchen and dining area is at the heart of this tenderly renovated residence. Budding chefs will love the kitchen's vast counter-tops and Range-style cooker complete with seven-ring gas hob, while the chic and comfortable, open-plan layout means everyone can feel part of the action. French doors from both the kitchen and living room lead onto an expansive decked area - perfect for an al fresco breakfast or family barbecue.

Outside
The Lollypop House has a large, south-facing and secure garden with a Weber charcoal barbecue, plus the highly-coveted benefit of parking space for up to four vehicles. Mature plantings and a gravel driveway offer privacy at the front of the property, whilst at the back the decked area complete with dining furniture and barbecue has steps down to a large lawn, plus well-tended flower and shrub borders for views all-year-round.

Practicalities
All you'd expect from a well-planned family home is here. Highchairs, a travel cot and stairgate take care of the youngest guests, whilst Wi-Fi, TV, Blu-Ray DVD, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer mean there's every modern convenience for an effortless and enjoyable stay. A security deposit of £500 is required four weeks prior to your holiday.
