Description

Intro
Once the boys' gymnasium at Southwold's Eversley School, this stunning holiday hideaway evokes comfort and convenience on a grand scale. All bedrooms boast en-suite facilities, generous sitting areas on each of the three floors afford a choice of gathering places, and there are three balconies offering unique views and outdoor living space.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
With spacious bedrooms across the first and second floors, there's a place for every sleepy head in this architecturally-stunning home. On the first floor, a king size bedroom enjoys its own en-suite shower room with double inset washbasins, while a second room features twin beds plus bunk beds - great for children's chatter long after lights out! Move up to the second floor and both bedded rooms - one king and one twin, have their own en-suite shower rooms and balconies, while for added convenience there are also cloakrooms on the ground and second floors.

Cooking and dining
Wherever you are in The Old Gymnasium, you're never too far from a refreshing cuppa - both the ground floor and second floor sitting rooms include kettles, sinks and fridges, while the open plan first floor kitchen features granite worktops, ultra-modern oven with separate gas hob and a massive fridge-freezer - plus that all-essential dishwasher to make light work of the after-dinner clear-up. For al fresco refreshments, take your tipple and nibbles to the second floor balcony, separated from the sitting room by full-width floor-to-ceiling doors.

Outside
Enjoy a bird's eye view of Southwold and the Common from each of the three balconies - a great way to get your bearings when you first arrive!

Practicalities
There's parking for one car in the integrated garage, and on-street spaces available close by. The Old Gymnasium has Wi-Fi, TVs, DVD and iPod dock, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' use.
