Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the former Reydon High School building has been skillfully converted into a select settlement with Wisteria Cottage one of its stand-out successes. Exceptionally light thanks to its original school window, it features a good-sized open plan sitting and dining room, and has access to some great footpaths and cycle routes.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Two bedrooms and a bathroom make the most of the first floor space. Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and styled in a neutral palette with statement artworks and accessories; the smaller of the two has twin beds whilst in the other, you'll find a double-bed plus a dressing area and en-suite shower room. The family bathroom shares the en-suite's black-and-white-tiled design touches, which continues downstairs in the ground floor cloakroom.

Cooking and dining
An attractive range of cream-coloured Shaker-style units and complementary tiling create a cheery kitchen that comes complete with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. In the light and airy living area a modern dining table and chairs is the setting for meals - patio doors lead from this room to the garden for al fresco refreshments too.

A private lawned garden is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for guests' enjoyment. It's securely fenced so children or a dog - one well-behaved pet is welcome! - can play safely.

Park your car in the garage or roadside close by, and could forget it until it's time to leave - this holiday cottage is approximately a thirty minute walk from the beach at Southwold, and has a bus stop 50 yards away for those who want a break from driving!
