Intro
On the outskirts of the village at the site of the former Reydon High School, this lovely terraced holiday cottage is both tranquil and tasteful. With open countryside - designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - on the doorstep, it's designed for easy living for up to four guests.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Two warmly-furnished double-bedded rooms, with one being a 4ft double bed, and a bathroom share the first floor, and there's a separate cloakroom at ground level for added comfort and convenience too.

Cooking and dining
A small but well-equipped kitchen overlooks the front of the property and includes an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A large wooden table and leather chairs create a dining area in the sunny sitting room, and French doors lead out from here to a delightful courtyard garden where there's a barbecue and even more space to enjoy food and drinks al fresco.

Outside
Peace and quiet are assured in your private courtyard garden which is fully enclosed and prettily-planted. There's off-road parking close by, and lots of footpaths for walks and bike rides - bring your own or hire one while you're here. There's a bus stop just a short stroll away too.

Practicalities
A TV, DVD, CD and iPod dock provide plenty of entertainment options in the sitting room, along with Wi-Fi and a selection of books and games. A travel cot and highchair are also available for younger guests' use.
