Southwold Ladies Doubles Tennis Coaching and Tournament
Saturday 16th June
In aid of Dementia UK, St. Felix School will be hosting a day event of tennis coaching and a tournament. Whether you're semi-professional or you've never played tennis before, this is a fun day out for ladies all in the name of charity. A doubles partner is not needed, you can turn up with friends, family or alone. A lunch will be provided during the day and a raffle will take place. The full day from 10:00 - 16:30 is £50 which includes all of the above plus strawberries and fizz. To book your place or buy raffle tickets contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Women on Wheels, Southwold

Women On Wheels events are mass participation female-only bike rides, that put a strong focus on the fun, friendly and inclusive aspects of cycling, raising money for a local charity. They are aimed at non-cyclists and existing cyclists alike, with routes of an achievable distance, and are open to all ages. On the 22nd of July Women on Wheels is coming to Southwold and is set to be a fantastic day. Starting and finishing at Southwold Rugby Club, various stalls will be at the starting line along with a sign-in tent and complimentary goodie bags for riders. Under 12's go free.
Plant for Women's Wellbeing

Join Urban Jungle Suffolk in Beccles for a fabulous girl’s night in the Jungle! Urban Jungle is a unique plant shopping experience; very different from other garden centres with a beautiful, quirky and inspirational shop floor dominated by stunning plants and a bohemian café with funky furniture. Learn how your garden plants can help you in more ways than you could imagine whilst you enjoy a giggle and a cocktail or two... Plants and nature have an astounding ability to heal. TV presenter, media personality and gardening enthusiast Ellen Mary, has devised a series of 'Grow Your Own Health' talks and is kicking off with Plants for Women’s Wellbeing, addressing common female health issues and key life stages. Tickets are £15 and the evening begins at 6 pm (talks begin at 7 pm).
Every Saturday morning during July & August
Take to the golden sands of Southwold Beach with Southwold Surf School for sunrise yoga classes which will run this summer. Classes start every Saturday morning at the school, located on Ferry Road, during July and August between 8 am - 10 am. Each and every student gets a sea-facing position with one of the best views Suffolk has to offer. Your yoga instructor will demonstrate what a calm relaxing beach yoga session should feel like and it all happens on the sunrise coast! Early riser classes start from 8 am and later riser classes start at 9 am, both running for 45 minutes. Classes are £5 per person.
Suffolk Summer Theatre in Southwold

Southwold Summer Theatre returns! Hosted at St Edmunds Hall in Southwold, the theatre is one of the most popular events held in Southwold over the summer season. From July till September, both evening and matinee performances will take place at the hall. This year performances include Body Language by Alan Ackybourn, A Daughter's Daughter by Agatha Christie, Funny Money by Ray Cooney and Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense by The Goodale Brother from the works of PG Wodehouse.
